The goal of Löwenzahn Organics was to create an individual design that convinces and provides information about products and ingredients as well as interesting facts about being a parent. At the same time, the user experience should not be lost. The priority was on the user journey to offer the customer a digital experience instead of a simple online store. With the migration from WooCommerce to Shopify Plus and OS 2.0, the perfect connection between UX and UI should be achieved.
Product finder and calculator
A personal consultation is not possible online? - not quite. Thanks to specially developed product finders and product calculators, individual and personal customer advice is also possible online. Especially when it comes to your own baby, it is often difficult to find the best selection of products. We developed a product finder so that the consumer can also receive optimal advice online 24/7 and find exactly the products that are tailored to the needs of mother and child. With just a few clicks, the store visitor is shown a selection of products tailored precisely to his or her needs.
The product calculator can also be used to calculate the optimum quantity. Depending on the situation and personal needs, the customer knows how long he can get by with the product and when he should reorder at the latest.
Subscription
In order to be optimally equipped at all times and never run out of stock, the end user also has the choice of a subscription system. Here, too, flexibility is the top priority. Product and delivery frequency can be selected individually.
Transparency Code Map
A brand with a strong mission: products in organic quality, with the best nutrient combinations and above all fair and sustainable in production. To show even more transparency next to the product information we have developed a transparency code map. The tracking tool shows for each product of the brand information and the sourcing location of the raw materials used.

With the migration from WooCommerce to Shopify Plus, we at Löwenzahn Organics were able to create a store that focuses on the products, but more importantly, the mission of the brand. Specially developed features such as the product finder additionally increase the user experience and customer satisfaction and also create a unique shopping experience online.
