With the rebranding of Crusta Nova to HONEST CATCH 2023, the starting signal was given for a brand new design and a fresh online shop. HONEST CATCH takes fresh and frozen goods to a new level. The cold chain must always remain intact - a particular challenge for shipping and logistics.
But that's not all: in the supermarket, customers like to be inspired during their weekly shopping and be convinced by the quality at the fresh counter. Online, trust and quality must first be built up. The goal? Not only to improve the shopping experience, but to make it more emotional. A particular focus of the project: a checkout that perfectly meets the customers' wishes.
For the ultimate shopping experience, we developed a tailor-made design on Shopify Plus. Why Shopify Plus? Because it offers exactly the flexibility and scalability that HONEST CATCH needs for its demanding customers. In addition to a modern design, our focus was on user-friendliness and intuitive navigation. The multilingual shop in German and English also appeals to customers in the DACH region. Language and currency can be set as desired.
A special feature: the date picker in the checkout, which customers can use to select their preferred delivery date. Perfect for fresh products that need to be frozen as quickly as possible. We have also integrated Click & Collect and flexible pick-up times - maximum convenience for customers.

The new online shop from HONEST CATCH sets new standards in food e-commerce. With 24-hour express shipping and a practical date picker, the cold chain remains perfectly intact. Customers experience a fresh, seamless shopping experience that combines the best of offline and online shopping. But that's not the end of it: we have been working closely with HONEST CATCH for over two years to constantly improve the shop. Better. More flexible. More effective.
